At which point you will need to enter your details to register along with your payment details. Once payment is complete you will then be emailed a unique password. This is a unique password which will allow one user access to the training for 30 days and one successful pass certificate.
Dawsons Training Wales offers the best value training option at £23+VAT for Landlords and £43+VAT for Agents. Both courses can be purchased via our website, where each user will be provided with their own unique log in information to complete the course at your leisure.
We take you’re online security very seriously and therefore use PayPal for all transactions, as the best known and most secure payment processors. You don’t need a PayPal account to complete your purchase, you can complete your transaction as a guest using your debit or credit card.
When you’ve successfully entered payment details, you’ll receive an email to the address you provided. It’s really important you have access to this email as it contains your password along with the link to access the log in screen of our website.

The first time you log in using the password provided by ourselves, you can either log in by clicking the person to the top right of our home screen or by following the link on our initial email to you.
Activating and signing in for the first time to the online training course should take under 2 minutes. You just need your password from the confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
You have access to the online training course for 30 days after payment and registration.
So, you can complete the learning completely at your own pace. Most people are able to complete over a few hours, on their tablet or mobile device, at the place and time most convenient for them.

To complete your Rent Smart Wales Training, you need to complete five modules (with a mini test at the end of each section) along with a short multiple choice test to finish.
Many people contact us with concerns about taking a test. There is no need to be worried about this simple assessment, some people would call it a quiz.
In the unlikely event that you take the assessment and don’t get 70% of the questions correct at the first attempt, don’t worry! You just need to revisit the training course and can complete another assessment, at no additional cost. We are the only provider to offer this, but we’re confident in our online training product and believe strongly we shouldn’t be charging if you need to re take the test!
Should you have not passed test, our assessors will re activate the course for you to review and retake the test as soon as you are confident to do so.
Once you take the test, it will get sent to our assessors. If successful, you’ll receive a PDF Certificate within 72 hours to show you’ve successfully completed your Rent Smart Wales Training. This will be sent to the email address provided when you sign up, so again it is extremely important this email is correct.
